Really impressed today - what a lad!

Deanothefulhamfan

He was excellent second half, in particular the last 20 minutes.... such pace and skill to get round players.

Pretty quiet first half, but certainly something to build on going forward.

DeuceBigelow

Looked good in the first half against Doncaster.
Riverside Block W

Chesh

He played well, especially towards the end, when a couple of times be travelled really well with the ball to take the pressure off.

On happy train back from Birmingham - yes was very impressed with LVC today.  Has a lot to learn but could in time be a top player (to quote Arry).

Thought we played Darlington......
Everything is difficult before it's easy!

Works hard and does what's required. Real team player and also playing slightly out of position,  but Kit trusts him

I am amazed as usual! His energy and enthusiasm are second to none but how often does he waste the ball and give straight to an opponent? Nearly evry time he has possesion.
I fear for his confidence because he will know his passing has been woeful and evben though he has the guts and pace to take on opponents, he still runs into trouble. He will know that and it is time for him to be rested.
I cannot imagine how giving the ball away so often constitutes a great game.

Max Headroom

He had 91% pass completion,

Blimey that stat was difficult to take Max.
Don't get me wrong I admire all our young players, but we need to feed them in carefully.
We need to have a lot more strength and guile in midfield to survive and prosper in this league.
My prediction is we will beat Bolton and then lose our next two without reinforcements.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

what?
The stats are ridiculous, I do not count tippy tappu side and backwards balls, i am not even sure that would be correct... I am ralking about the part of the game that counts, going forward, protecting the ball in the last 10 minutes when surely LVC was guilty of giving the ball away neddlesly.
Ax O said he has many finr qualities but i think he needs a rest or his confidence will be badly knocked, if you can;t see that then enjoy the stats because surely you don't understand football.

Very Boring Billy McKinley We all had a great day out especially after we equalised. There was little doubt where the points were going. Hugo did fantastically to score the second and we were all singing. And the players came over in the end and gave their sweaty shirts to the supporters. They were as delighted as we were

kiwiwaka

He's our James Milner. Absolute engine and great utility. Does need to work on his final ball/decisions, but that'll come with time :)
