Not wishing to put a damper on this as I have songs that I can't stand, but the problem with questions like this is that everyone is different we all like/dislike different things, a crap song for you and me maybe the perfect song for someone else, (bit like footballers). The thing is I don't object to anyone getting up on a stage and giving it a go, because it is not something I would or could do myself, so fair play to anyone that can make a go of something.

Even these  ?

Mouldy old dough - Lieutenant pigeon

But as you say, good luck to them

Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

That's it and that's all.

Particularly all Pop music after 1995 ( as that is as far as i can remember back being 25) till current day, all boy/girl groups and everyone's favorite Candaian Justin Beiber.
Self proclaimed tactical genius, football manager approved.

Oh Marc Bolan, how can you hate him. He was my idol when I was young. Still got a single of his. He was one of the most good looking guys I have ever known

Anything by Marc Bolan

Wow.  Everyone to his own I suppose.  One of my favourite's...

Thinking more along the lines of the Birdie Song or Shut up your face myself as worst songs to have been successful.  Although so many to choose from

Not really sure why but I couldn't stand  "Where do you go to my lovely" by Peter Sarstedt.

The Smiths - complete and utter rubbish.

You may sleep but you will never dream!

My dreams came true in 1987 when Appetite For Destruction was released and The Smiths broke up!
That's it and that's all.

Of course Axl, heavily influenced by The New York Dolls, a band which heavily influenced a certain Steven Patrick Morrissey and I did hear a rumour that Johnny Marr was asked to replace Slash, certainly a more original guitarist and English, to boot.

Have to admit to liking most of the songs on the lists so far.

Still for me U2 are the biggest, successful band never to have produced anything of note.

John Lennon's 'Imagine' is a particular annoyance to me because people really never listen to the words. They are really rather annoying.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope
