With Williams, Ledley, Allen, Ramsey, Bale and now our very own G. Whizz in the team, I think Wales can go to Belgium - a team that didn't really perform at the World Cup and dropped points to Bosnia tonight - in the genuine hope of getting a point, which in this group would be just fine.

I did say when the draw was made that we should be aiming for the playoffs. Happy to let Belgium and Bosnia run away with the group, if we could get to the playoffs and get lucky with the draw we'd be in with a chance.

Right now though, there's a slight sense of optimism. However, Fulham offered me a slight sense of optimism last year and we all know how that turned out

Honestly I feel that if the team can do a half decent job of not conceding, with Bale in the team we can nick any game 1-0 or 2-1.
