It is just about impossible to list just three.

Ps That Caroline Munro was a nice looking lady.

I agree with Woolley Mammoth as with Tommy Cooper then Billy Connolly, Mohammed Ali.

I hate to dispel impressions but Tommy Cooper was in real life, certainly in later years,
a drunk and one of the most miserable people around.
He used to shuffle around Chiswick in an old brown coat muttering and looking like a hobo.
I had offices in Chiswick for a year and tried approaching him on 2 occasions and got a
complete 'brush off"
Sad really that he was a 'genius' on the stage.
His routines with split personality costumes were brilliant.

Also sad, other notable 'comedians' who suffered.
Peter Cooke
Lenny Bruce
Tony Hancock
Jim Carrey
and sadly Robin Williams

Was Tommy Cooper still wearing a Fez when you last saw him.

Nah, he put that on in the wings of each theater or studio.
Maybe in the bath, but rarely in Woolworth's

Roger, Cooper was apparently paranoid, maybe he gave you the brush off
thinking you were a Stalker. :005:
