puskas award nominees(goal of the year award)- anyone know when it is?

I've wondered all year whether kasami's goal would be nominated, I understand it's something like the top 10 goals from october- October at all levels of football including women's. 

Does anyone know when the nominations are because that would be some achievement if it was nominated
