I used to have Shoot after they took over Goal magazine. I used to keep all my old Shoots in the loft. But somebody laughed at the thought of me keeping old Shoots in the loft so I chucked them.

I had both sets of mags Mr Lighthouse, Shoot of course later when Goal disappeared. As a lad they split one bedroom in two so I could have my own room. That involved setting up a new wall. Instead of Wall Paper, I was allowed to cut out the pictures from Shoot/Goal and plaster them all over the wall. Best boys room ever. It was a temple to Fulham and Football. The only problem was getting enough pictures of Fulham so I had to liberally improvise quite a bit.
