Not all countries have their deadline at 11 tonight. Russia is Feb 27th and Portugal is on Wednesday, not sure if any of our players would be attracting interest from those countries but worth noting

Burnley have made a £3m bid for West Brom midfielder Graham Dorrans. The offer has yet to be accepted or rejected and the clubs are in talks. There is also a unnamed Championship club interested in his signature.
