Best of luck to the boy in the future.

Think he's had some decent games whilst he's been here on a loan and probably will play a decent level in a few years too.

Judging by the instagram posts and the arrival of James Husband, it looks like he won't be offered a permanent deal, with Husband looking the better buy based on recent performances.

For anyone who doesn't have Staffy on IG, he posted a picture of him with the caption 'Last few moments in Battersea'.

Best of luck to the Greek! If Leverkusen didn't want £3-4m for him, I'm sure he would have stayed.

Of course he could just be moving house.

Maybe Staf has decided to return. We've not avoided relegation yet and there's no saying we'll do much better next season. Husband belongs to another club who are in a good position regards the play offs. Would you stay with them, particularly after having a good run while out on loan or join us?

I am sure he regrets not wearing fingerless gloves or even mittens now. But his going forward was always better than his defending. He needed a better player in front of him. Or the player in front of him needed a better player behind him.

A few moments but frankly not a player that will be missed.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

.... apart from a great attitude and how many goal line clearances?

I kinda like the kid also. It seems to be easy to forget that our young, inexperienced players are young and inexperienced.

As always there fulham public condem another 21 year old is mocked out our club great post hatter.

Bronaldinho

I do rate him just think Husband looks the better player for this league. Then again Staffy has been asked to play in midfield at times and what not.

Think he'd be a good buy for any club considering his age, just the reported £3-4m may be a bit steep for the club to invest in. Especially if Husband would be about half that?

Although if you follow him on IG, his fashion sense is questionable.

But seems like a good lad, has a decent left peg too.

Tonywa

He's very young and inexperienced when I think we could probably have done with another defender with a few more miles on the clock to help nurse along the other kids in the back four. He's got the attributes of a decent player, but I think that Husband is probably a better fit for us at present and would probably be a fair bit less expensive. Good luck to Staffy but I would be very surprised to see him still with us next season.

Barry White

I do like him but he's given far too many cheap fouls, too many of which were penalties / free kick scoring positions.

Wouldn't mind at all if we kept him as a back up next year but would prefer someone more solid for now.
