Darn I wanted Preston who blew it losing 1-0 at Colchester
who had to win to stay up, great escape by them 3 wins and draw in their
last 4 when they looked certs to go down..

BalDrick

Tell you what, I'd have far rather been at Colchester or MK today than Norwich yesterday. I didn't go yesterday, not unhappy about it (bar the end of season drink)
Cigarettes and women be the death of me, better that than this old town

Northern Cottager

How can anyone want franchise fc up the football leagues? Awful.

Preston blew it big time, they were about 10 points ahead of MK last
Month...They might suffer in playoffs now like last season.

I already do that for most games as it is!

Anyway, I won't be going for the dons, I'll be there to watch us beat the living crap out of them.

Usually make the effort to travel away to a new ground, but i couldn't stomach going to that place. I'll give it a miss, just as I did for the friendly a few years back.

Absolutely, franchise paying their way to the top. We all mock Chelsea but these have done it in the lower leagues.

It's a belting stadium to be honest and worth a visit.  May not agree with how they were formed, but it is a great stadium, with a good footballing team and a great up & coming manager.  Let it go guys !

Buffalo76

History aside i'm up for going there as its a new ground for me and I don't do many away days these days anyway so i'll make the effort on this particular occasion.

:plus one: 15 minutes up the road.

The Swan

Once again I am disappointed to see a team that did not qualify to join the Football League.
There are there by default.
They have got a great stadium which holds about 30,000.
I went there once when Northampton saints (Rugby union) played against Ulster in a European Rugby Cup game.
I won't be going to watch even my Fulham team play them.
Parking is difficult as there is a large number of shops adjacent to the stadium.

Truely appalling to see grown men in replica shirts supporting this crowd.

Holders

I think it's right out of order, I never liked the original Wimbledon but give me AFC Wimbledon any day. I still think that they missed a golden opportunity by not calling themselves Real Wimbledon.

Now, Plough Lane - has anyone been to a grottier "stadium"?

Real Wimbledon - hahaha!
