Kit Out "cut and paste" thread

Started by Roberty, May 07, 2015, 07:32:07 AM

Roberty

I though I would be the first to start a threat about our Manager today - so as to give supporters, opponents and neutrals the opportunity to air their views again

In the UK it is our General Election and of course it is importance for us all to spend thoughts so as to decide who our ideal candidate is before we walk to the polling station and put a cross against their name, it is therefore important not to be wasting time

So with that in mind I have suggest that this should be cut a paste thread

You should therefore try to save time for those important political thoughts by cutting and pasting all the best bits from your previous posts

Once you have gathered them together I hope you will still have time to add new facts, express further opinions and hone the text into a work of literary genius before pressing the post button.

Good Luck and for everyone in the UK who is entitled to vote - remember - not only do your comment here count but your vote counts too - so up and at um and get those x's onto the ballot paper
It could be better but it's real life and not a fantasy

And the outcome is another 'Kit out' thread with recycled comments??? Excellent!  fp.gif

Kit has earned the right to be manager next season, and I trust the team to do well with him at the helm, if he has the right support and backing - is a summation of my posts and thoughts about our manager.

Can I also mention Rene......or is this on a later thread

Tooting legend

why have you posted yet another pointless post!!!!!!!!!! Haven't you got some home work from school that you should be getting done. Get a life.

No idea - I guess some will be closed if they are being used as polling stations

I have time for frivolity because I am retired but I agree with you boredom does set in when the same comments are rehashed each day

Ray, you are of course entitled to your opinion, however, its this sort of view that scares me the most.  Keeping Kit is very dangerous.  This is because we only have a couple of seasons where the benefits of FFP will allow us to invest in the team beyound most clubs.  The 3 relegated clubs will always have an advantage in this respect and we will soon lose our parachute money and be in the same position as everyone else.

Kit has absolutely no record of success and all we have witnessed is his inability to motivate, set up the team correctly and inability to recruit where most required.  He even failed to bring back Smith who was scoring for fun at City.

We have to get our act together very quickly and I have absolutely no confidence what so ever that Kit is going to able to take us forward.

Keeping Kit is like treading water or worse, McCormack seems not to rate Kit and losing him is the last thing we need.

Sorry mate, Kit has to go asap and be replaced with a manager with the right abilities to motivate, recruit well and set up the team for a real promotion push.

Well said Stu!   KIT OUT!!!!

I thought political threads were banned? No politics on here yet? Damn, well Labour, Conservative, Liberal, Green, UKIP, Flagellate Unite, Socialist Alliance of Car Parks.

We need another gamble of yet another manager and yet another delay in building next season. So we can have this repeated conversation under yet a different manager.

No more Boom and Busty and look for those DMDs. Defenders of Mass Destruction.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

How about a managerial coalition then? Never works in politics, so you never know about footie.
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.

I am not sure and whatever happens thankfully will be made by khan who has to be guided by rig,if kits there next season it will be make or break time for him whilst also shaping where the club is heading long term.

"Dan Dare" is 65 and lives on the "Isle of Sheppey"..

Forever Fulham

Khan took a gamble on a manager with no adult first team managerial experience, let alone in the EPL.  Or in the Championship.   We didn't get relegated a second time in consecutive seasons.  But almost.  We came very close to going down yet again.  I just don't think Khan can afford to continue with the experiment.  He has to play it safe now, and pick a proven winner from a short list of the managerial ranks of the EPL and/or Championship.  Anything else is just too risky.  Whether you have comparable talent to field onto the pitch or not, there should never be a question as to heart and desire by the players you manager.  I don't think the players gave their all.  I don't believe Kit reached them, adequately motivated them.  No, he shouldn't have to.  No manager should have to motivate any player.  But they needed motivating and inspiring nonetheless, and it was apparent they weren't.  If you can't point a finger at the manager for that, then who?  And the formations he set out--enough has been said.  If he needed to fill key positions, he should have DEMANDED the right and the funding to do so, and it should have happened.  It didn't happen, so one assumes he either didn't make such demands or else he did but didn't have the weight to make it happen.  Either way, then, he isn't the right guy, and must step down.  Need a proven winner.

Are there any other kind? I haven't seen anything new in quite some time.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

The KIT OUT threads come up thick and fast but each one has a different SUBJECT title but since recycling is the environmental way to deal with your rubbish, I would make the case for cutting and pasting just being the literary way to do that.
