Think this is how, right click on the photo you want to use and clic copy then click on new topic or reply then near top left  click on icon box under box with B and [ img img] will appear then right click in middle of the 2 img boxes and right click paste, think that's right, lets see.

I've never manged it but I think you need Flicker which I haven't got

...if you find an image on a search engine, facebook, other sites etc., right mouse click to get the drop down menu - choose 'copy url' - go to post - click on the icon above the first emoticon.

so put :-
