July 1st is start of players registrations.
Clubs can have players sign from today, it is the official opening today.

Thats what the sky site says but when I read the telegraph indicated differently, but hey ho who cares anyway, out of contract players (as of 30/06) are agreeing deals now to come into effect for 1st July.

Although b the way the sky site is worded "Clubs from all divisions can conclude deals already made and set to work on others as they begin to restructure their squads ahead of the new season." that make sit sound like if your paying a fee you can register them now as thats what the window is for. but like i say hey ho who cares
