Poole-Centre Back from Newport...signed?

 Lot of talk in January that we'd signed the 16 year old centre back starlet from Newport...but did we? Anyone know?

I think he was chased by a few clubs and decided to wait for the best option. Last I heard he was on trial at Man U. His name was Regan Poole by the way.

he was at Man Utd in October / November, his last trial was a week with Liverpool but that was late April / Early May, in between Utd and Liverpool he had trials with Arsenal and Spurs.

so are we not interested/is he not interested? Bit disappointed we haven't been able to secure him yet but I assume the door is still open?

They had a change of manager at Newport as we looked to close the deal which I think was one of the reasons it fell through.
