buying tickets on-line

I have just tried buying some extra tickets for Brighton game and the 'choose a seat' option says my device is not compatible, non of my 3 devices are apparently compatible. I have used this many time before without a problem. Does anyone know what has changed? I prefer this option to phoning up, and the alternatives on-line leave the choice of tickets to a computer.

I don't have apple

2 Android devices one of which when tried again did work but difficult on a small screen and a laptop running windows. I have stopped Adobe flash on laptop recently because it has a very bad press and some browsers block it but ''choose a seat' used to use java, and I have that on the laptop but java dosen't run on Android so something has changed. Just wish they would tell me, I have asked them via email but no reply hence request to this forum.

It's awful!  I never thought anything could be worse than our last ticking system but right now I'm pining for it.
