Fulham are about to sign Luke Garbutt from Everton on a season long loan, Luke is also the current England Under 21 International left back,
Just need a decent centre back now and who knows we might even be able to start competing again !

Not my choice. Would prefer someone with more experience. Loans are OK for an emergency or there is an option to purchase. His heart is still with Everton so we are just doing the dirty work.
