Only rumours, I'm aware of that! I'm certainly not in the know when in comes to our transfer activity! But, if these rumours are true & we've made 2 bids for this guy then there has been some discussion with Brighton - without a doubt.
They may well have laughed at our first offer but the fact we went back with a second confirms (a) we've had some sort of discussion with them & (b) they haven't told us he's not for sale. Seems to be a case of him not being for sale at the price we offered.
