12 months on and under Symons, are we in a better state?  I'd say marginally. But still a team that will be looming around the relegation zone all season.

We won't be getting promoted, absolute no chance of that but the squad is much better this season.

Tactics aren't good & defending is horrendous! Kit may have little say in transfers other than who he'd like. If the club won't spend the money that's down to the board. But why we are continually letting teams take shots & put in crosses without closing down & putting in challenges is down to kit & the fact the team never gets going until the 2nd half & usually a goal down is also down to Kit.

Think we usually spend well and reinforce am area every season but never all at once. last season we recruited well up top, this season midfield...maybe next season well sort the defense!
