I didn't think that they were allowed to sign anyone at the minute. I mean, they can't even pay for their website, how are they gonna pay his wages?

Their ban of signing players has been lifted. God knows for how long though

actually their website and phone are up and running again, plus Im sure the 10 million sale of Kaboul, and 3.8 million sale of Begovic didnt do the coffers any harm at all

They had their transfer ban partially lifted last week.  They're not allowed to buy anyone, but they can sign free agents or make loan signings

Even so, having not paid the wages for a couple of months must be putting the frighteners on any potential purchases. I mean, who would want to sign for a club with the Sword of Redknappcles hanging over your head?
