Unfortunatly I think he is just being himself. He has such a lack passion and hunger to win. It must be hard for the players to get motivated in team talks.

Do you really believe that this is true of anyone who has made a lifetime career in professional sport?

Yes. I'm sure he wants to win. Who doesn't. But, in my view he so uninspiring and doesn't show hardly any passion. His interviews and the way he is on the touchline prove this. I remember watching Mark Warburton and Eddie How interviews last season and they were so much more energised and inspiring.
