Yet another good young prospect is allowed to slither through our fingers. Who will replace Swart now?

Disturbing thought Mr Fernhurst !

One only need to look at his competition to realise why.

This makes no sense to me at all. Bristol City??????? wtf?
why would he go there, i am utterly baffled. He is not that bad, and not nearly as bad as people make out.

He was very good three seasons ago, but has declined quickly and steadily (at least as steadily as one can decline in two years) ever since.  He was pretty terrible last season (bottom 5 in the league, by my numbers), and at his age I can't really see him getting better.

He'd have been my first choice to replace black Mark to be honest, still a very good keeper (much better than Green ) and on a free. 1 year contract would have done then spend some money next season.

I was watching him three seasons ago, and wasn't all that impressed with him then, I must say.

Fulham_Adam

He's still a good keeper and his world cup performances showed that.

Would rather get him for a year whilst Stockdale develops rather than get Green long term.
