we are still the highest goalscorers in the league.....so, if we can get a bit of organisation in the back four and have a bit of luck with keeping our goalkeepers fit - then who knows.....maybe just maybe we could make the playoffs

Prepare for the Moaning Myrtles to decend and tell you how delusional you are and how we will be relegated with Khan, Riggs and (insert manager name) in charge.

I've done my fair share of constructed criticism (moaning ?) of the clubs management on and off the field but I remain positive in the long term if we get the next appointment right.

Top six is not out of reach yet, delusional, maybe but what's sport without hoping for some glory!

I wouldn't put you in the moaning camp Bill.  Everyone on here has posted something negative or complained about something.  The moaners are the ones who never seem to have anything good to say about the club they supposedly support and and try to find negatives even in good news.

I think we'll always score plenty of goals with the players we've got & the defensive problems are something an experienced manager could sort out. Don't think we're a million miles away from being a good team.
Yesterday the players lacked effort, which isn't surprising bearing in mind we have no manager to kick em up the arse!

I think our defensive problems have more or less been solved with our summer acquisitions. Our goals against tally is inflated by the goals we've shipped with only 10 players on the pitch.

Add to that the fact that we've lost two keepers and three right backs to injury, and I'd say we're not far off from where we should be.

Based on a very thoughtful post from a traveler -- put together with Husband's 2nd half meltdown against Birmingham -- there might be an attitude problem within the first team squad. Hopefully, the new manager will be able to sort that out.
