Start of the re-build?

The last three seasons have been totally miserable.
I think the Owner is now fully up-to-speed with what is needed.
We have finally appointed a head coach who has the right experience (and motivation by the sound of it).
Despite the words of the Owner, it sounds like the balance has (rightly) tipped in favour of touch-line management.
We have an OK squad, but definitely enough to get into the playoffs. (obviously, Dembele is off.)
But it may well be too late this season.
Unless I am reading this wrong - Derby, Brighton, Boro have been building for 3-4 seasons.
The days of the quick bounce-back to the PL are over (Ok, fluky QPR aside).


Reckon we now have the right man, and a realistic view of what needs to be done.
