I have mild Dyslexia and half of my words look like that before I spellcheck them, I know they are wrong but it takes me a while to get them right if I don't use any computer aided help. I don't really have any problem reading your heading though.

yes it's a proper thing. Apparently it's the letters in the word that we see as opposed to the actual order that they are in
