Yes, well done to Coventry City for a fitting send off to the great man. It isn't fitting or proper to start claiming that we own more of his memory than others, but I agree that it's a shame that,  with his 297 appearances in the White, and his distinguished efforts in saving this club, not to mention his services to the players union while at Fulham, we didn't at least contribute something to the acts of remembrance to a very fine man. As well as Brentford of course, where he first became involved with the great game. Interactions of this sort surely serve to remind us of the positive aspects of rivalry in sport, rather than the rather more hateful side that it can take.
