For whatever reason, the MPS has decided to close the footpath that goes underneath Putney Bridge leading to the Tube station.

I'm sure the club will have something official on it with advice, but for now, you may need to think ahead
@MattRhys63 - be warned, there will be a lot of nonsense

Thank god you told me!
I must make immediate plans.
But I'm panicking already.
What on earth am I going to do?
Use the stairs and cross over the road and on into the park?
I'm in a right old two and eight and that's for sure.

Thanks for the info Rhys which some on here mock, probably made you think why did I bother.
I think the biggest problem will be after the match when home and away supporters head for Putney bridge station, I know the Iron gates to the park by the church are wide but then you come up against a barrier that leads you to the pedestrian crossing lights. Hope the Police are on the ball and have and have plans to control the situation.
It looks like they are relining the tunnel, wonder how many matches that's going to effect.

Lets hope someone has informed Superman the charity collector who lingers in the tunnel.

He's often there, I also walk past him at London Bridge station but I don't put cash into buckets.

Surely Superman could sort this out before Saturday.
