Loved his character Father Jack in Father Ted series.
Died 18 years to the day that Dermot Morgan who played Father Ted passed away

RIP Frank

Father Ted is up there with only fools and horses for me. The kind of comedy that is timeless, the jokes never get old. Thanks for all the laughs you gave me

He must listen to Gentleman Jim!

Fr. Jack was certainly my favourite character. When I was in Ireland a couple of years ago they were having a Ted convention at Kilfenora, I think it was.  There was a sign on a tree saying "you are now entering Ted country" a bit further on, another saying "go on!" then a mile or two later "go ON!" There's even a blue plaque on Kilfenora village hall saying that's where they filmed "The Lovely Girl Competition".

You can have tea at the house where they filmed the outside scenes and try on Bishop Brennan's hat...

S001.gifThe 'Are you right  there Father Ted' episode was a classic and I like the idea of a Father Ted convention.
A couple of my favourites were the song for Europe and the 5 a side episodes.
Can't believe it is 18 years since the last Father Ted was made.
Father Ted definitely amongst the best of comedy classics.

I have some nice Fr. Ted pics from Ireland if I knew how to post them!
