Last 20 years your looking at Sean Davis and Chris Smalling really. The majority, I imagine, would be back in the day - ask again in 10, 15, 20 years and it may be different as the long time affect of Huw Jennings comes into fruition.

I can't be bothered to think but Hillingdon's looks good; though Andy Cole had played for Arsenal before his loan to Fulham.

Not that they're a patch on any of the players on the list but Alex Kacaniklic and Seko Fofana would fall into this bracket.
Just trying to think of players who made their pro debut with us while not being part of our academy.
