Coach travel to Brighton - Friday April 15th

I've just bought my ticket for the Brighton game as the club is laying on free travel to and from the ground.  I see the coaches leave Craven Cottage at 3pm and Motspur Park at 3.30pm.  I live in Kingston so reckon I would drive to Motspur as it would be closer for me and the later departure time is better.  What is the parking like around there?  Are there any residential roads where I could park free of charge.  Also the coaches are leaving very early for a 7.45pm kick off!!!
