The football community in our office united today in a show of solidarity to our Charlton season ticket holder colleague.  He was chuffed with his 'Sorry You're Leaving' card signed by his Fulham, QPR & Brentford supporting colleagues.

He hadn't by any chance been relegated at your work place, because his beloved Charlton Athletic were consigned to Division One last night. That's very harsh I would have thought. Luckily for you Fulham FC look safe for another long suffering season. 
Otherwise you may have been emptying your desk also, and joining him in the pub on the corner.
