This thread, originally about rumours associated with this great club, has become a waste of space banter thread between just a handful of posters and their opinions!

Maybe next window we should have 2 transfer threads:
1/ Rumours
2/ Peoples opinions

Just a suggestion not an insult

Rumours are just someone's opinions, they go Gand in hand

Sorry if this has already been posted but Neeskens Kebane came on for Genk in the 74th minute as they were cruising their tie. Isn't that extremely weird on their part to risk the whole deal for nothing?

I posted about this yesterday and said I assumed we'd have to do the medical all over again. But now I've thought about it I'm going to completely contradict myself and say it's not really much different to signing a player and then loaning him back to the selling club for a short while, like we were hoping spurs would do with dembele in january. Albeit in this case we've only loaned him back for one game (well, 16 minutes it seems)

The reason/rumour I heard why he returned to Belgium was because when he arrived we tried to change terms of what was agreed with him personally & his current club...

They got peed off & called him back apparently.
didnt his manager say something different though?

Maybe. I've no idea what's going on
It was reported n Belgium that the manager said he will join Fulham after this game, I've not seen anything saying we tried to change the deal details, of course until anything is confirmed it is all rumour and conjecture

A rumor claiming it fell apart seems like something that would start on Twitter by an anxious supporter.

Mince n Tatties

They keeping that Striker in the building a long time.
Have they been locked in, or cant find way out?

Mince n Tatties

It was Bamford, turned us down and gone to Burnley.
Did there best by locking him in, but he got out of toilet window.
Thank God.

He came on as sub and played for a little while. 15 odd minutes. But the press there were not mentioning any problem and said that he has signed for Fulham.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

For the 20th time in 6 weeks

Fulham Coach Jokanovic: "I believe he [Asamoah Gyan] can help us, but I?m not sure the club has same opinion as me."

I think for once, I will take the clubs side over slav here, gyan is not the kind of player we need right now.

Honestly, I would have thought that the statisticians would have eliminated Gyan. Decent but not great for Sunderland and beyond that a bounty hunter who should have been lighting up Chinese defenses. Admittedly, he had a good scoring rate in the Middle East but, should have been good enough in China to eliminate the need for Shanghai to sign Hulk.

Have to say not bothered at all about that. Really do not see what the fuss is about him.
