Good comment re the 'fringe players.' Tunnicliffe, Malone & Ream played really well on Wednesday night & Stearman, too. Latter constantly encouraging and advising the youngsters throughout.
It really is quite encouraging to have a decent squad & looking forward to the Johansen announcement. A top Norwegian in the team - always a plus (ETG)!!

Tunni and Malone (at least for me) are not fringe players as it stands they are squad players, for Malone that wont change, for Tunni it may do as if Johansen comes from Celtic then wondering how many we need it that position, however for me he will still be a valuable squad member.

Like you Ben I don't like slow lumps as you put it, I like a pacey lively forward. Martin at his best would be better than Smith, for sure he isn't happy at derby due to all the speculation they want another striker. But at this level he does score goals so would not be too bad a signing. Hopefully we are getting two and Cyriac would be a quick option up front, time will tell I guess.

I do think we need a pacey option up front someone who we can use in behind when we need too

Everybody is still talking about this cyric fella, but what's the deal?
He is in the match squad for his team and if we would have made a bit and are in talks surely this put doubts up. - anyone any idea what the latest is?

Also the Chris Martin says that we JUST inquired, which means that we missed out on the striker we were very close to last week.... Or am i wrong?
