Debate 3- if roles were reversed Europa vs Tigana sides

I have a feeling I know which way this is going to go but it could be interesting and its all thanks to a good debate in another thread.

If roles were reversed and you had placed Hodgson's side in the 2000 Division 1 league. And placed Tigana's side in the 2009/10 Europa League which team was more likely to repeat the others achievement?

So that's 101 points after winning the first 10 games in a row or 19 games going from qualifiers all the way to the final. Both superb seasons!!! 049:gif
