All you people with the 'inside' track on what is happening in the club, what's the true story. Did RMcC want to go (despite having got a new deal a few months back), the club thinks it is good business (rightly or wrongly), he was disruptive, the Manager doesn't want him despite his previous statements, something else entirely or a combination of a number of factors.
One thing for sure we won't get told officially, so what do the insiders know that we don't.

It was almost certainly a decision based on money, the usefulness of the player and the availability of alternatives.

Given a few moments I could probably fabricate some titillating scenario involving late night carousing, incriminating polaroids, brown envelopes and grassy knolls. But what difference would it make to the actuality.
