In it against lower league.

Not all clubs were invited to take part and unfortunately that included us

16 clubs were invited, some didn't take it up s the next few on the ranking list were asked, if two more didn't accept we would have been in if we the accepted our invite.

I went to Southend v Brighton tonight, had directors box seats, had a great chat with Michael Timlin before the game, really nice bloke.

glad we're not in it personally. horrible competition that completely undermines the Lower League Clubs
