not me, the guy is not on the pitch, he does not set the tactics or selects the team, as far as i am aware he has not refused money for players, the majority were in favour of this manager, and as usual when it does not work it is all the fault of the owner.

So selling two strikers worth 40 goals and replacing them with an unfit, out of form, loanee was investing in the cub was it?

The only player I've ever heard of  that the owner has said no to, is that man utd loanee. If anyone has heard of more please tell me. I'm dying to know. Anyway everyone knows it's MAF's lack of investment that caused the current demise.

I think you'll find the man utd loanee was vetoed by the owner's son's mate, not the owner, for the novel (but quite concerning) reason that he hadn't played in enough games monitored by statisticians. The owner is more likely to veto the transfers over £5m. They're the ones he doesn't like. But in any case as you say it is of course Al Fayed's fault we didn't sign a striker this summer.

I was being slightly sarcastic, (wrt MAF) and as Khan has given Kline the veto indirectly he's said no, but that is the only player I've ever heard about.

Slaphead in Qatar

Wish the stats man had been let loose on Chris Martin (before we decided to loan him)
