statistics

As an old timer I know about wins, draws, losses, goals for and against and points. There are lots of conversations on here about stats and if they are so important I would like to know the best websites that produce these stats.   I am not for or against statistics but I do know that people can interpret stats to suit their point of view. So before I believe any statistical analysis I would like to see the raw data so that I can make my own judgement.
I am sure there are enough new timers on here to oblige.
