DOUBLE DEAL FOR CHAMPIONSHIP SENSATIONS – REPORT

Tottenham are lining up a double deal for Fulham brothers Ryan and Steven Sessegnon, according to a report.

Sports website HITC claim that Spurs are keen to snap up the teenage duo, who are making huge strides in the set-up of the Championship club.

Left-back Ryan, 16, has been strongly linked with a number of elite Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.

The report says Tottenham have also been hugely impressed by his twin brother Steven, who is a defender and is similarly making smooth progress.

It is said that Spurs are hoping to agree terms with Fulham before January but would be willing to leave the duo at the club until the end of the season.

Football Insider revealed in August month that Spurs were willing to offer three players in a swap deal for the youngster dubbed the "new Gareth Bale".

Ryan is an attacking left-back who is a prolific goal creator and scorer. The England Under-17 international, who only turned 16 in May, has scored two goals and supplied one assist from left-back in eight matches for the club this season.

At 16 years and 94 days he also became the Championship's youngest scorer last month just four days after he made his league debut in a 1-1 draw at Leeds.

Football Insider revealed in February that Arsenal had made an offer for the England Under-16 captain.

The pair are two of the most highly-rated young players at the prolific Fulham academy, which has produced a number of outstanding young talents in recent years, including Mousa Dembele and Patrick Roberts.

In other Tottenham transfer news, a report has detailed an update of Spurs' pursuit of a Brazilian wonderkid after talks opened on Tuesday.

A Fulham penalty at Barnsley? Sone Aluko ready to help Chris Martin get off the mark - but the offer comes with conditions

As the Whites gear up to take on Tykes - ex-Hull player says he can extend a hand to a Ram right out of Championship scoring form

Sone Aluko says he will pass up the chance to right penalty wrongs against Barnsley on Saturday - and help Chris Martin get off the mark for Fulham.

Aluko was a crumpled figure when he smacked a post from 12 yards rather than the back of the net against QPR in the game's very last kick.

A second missed spot-kick of the big west London derby 12 days ago saw Whites lose a game that should have seen them out of sight long before the end.

Martin also missed a sitter in the first half, and the Derby loanee is still waiting for a first Championship goal since he scored against Aluko's Hull on April 5.

The ex-Tiger took all of a second to say he was ready to take the next Fulham penalty despite his QPR miss - but was ready to gift his new team-mate, provided the Scotland international was braced for the pressure.

"I know I always want the penalty," Aluko said, "but If he wants it, OK.

"He might think when you're not scoring there's pressure at a penalty, so you need to be pretty confident rather than just getting off the mark with a goal.

"It's a different mindset at a penalty."

Just a final reminder that if you were at the Fulham versus QPR derby - and missed it earlier, see if you can spot yourself in our fans video from the game?

Aluko has backed Martin to break his duck, and also says the Fulham miss is ancient history.

"You go through these stages as a striker, and he brings a lot to the team - I'm sure the goals will come," Aluko added.

"If he scores one and reproduces the reasons why we signed him, people will quickly forget.

"As for me, after the Fulham game, you're annoyed for the next few hours and that night.

"But the next day you've got to get on with it. I certainly won't be thinking about a penalty I missed two weeks ago on Saturday."

Fulham's next home game is against Norwich City on Tuesday, (7.45pm).

Tickets priced from £25 adults and from £15 juniors are available to purchase online at: www.fulhamfc.com/tickets or by calling the Fulham Ticket Office on: 0843 208 1234 (option 2).

Goal Of The Month Result

Mattias Kait's second goal against Middlesbrough in the Premier League Cup has been voted Fulham's best strike in September.

After receiving Marlon Fossey's throw-in, Stephen Humphrys easily escaped the attentions of his marker before dribbling into space on the right flank. He then spotted Kait's dart into the penalty area and found the Estonian with a perfectly dinked cross.

Kait killed the delivery with his first touch, used his second to work a yard of space beyond the last man, and then coolly passed his finish low beyond the goalkeeper into the bottom left-hand corner.

The 18-year-old ended up with 39.5 per cent of the votes, ahead of Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson's curled finish (24.6 per cent) and Lucas Piazon's acrobatic header (20.3 per cent).

The Goal of the Month win comes on the back of an impressive few days for Kait, after he scored a brace for the senior Estonia national side in World Cup qualifying.

I wonder why Tottenham don't come and demolish the Cottage itself brick by brick, and re-erect it in the corner of their new stadium, because seeing as over the years they have, and will continue to, loot our emerging talent, it would be a way of making them all feel at home....

Fulham trio to miss Barnsley visit

By West London Sport 13/10/2016

Fulham will still be without Tomas Kalas, Floyd Ayite and Kevin McDonald for their visit to Barnsley on Saturday.

Centre-back Kalas (pictured), on loan from Chelsea, has missed the last three matches with a hamstring injury.

Winger Ayite has been out for a month with an ankle problem and will also not be fit for the trip to Oakwell.

Midfielder McDonald, meanwhile, serves the last game of a three-match ban.

Ryan Fredericks, who had surgery on an ankle injury in pre-season, is edging closer to full fitness but is unlikely to be risked.

Aluko giving Martin help on scoring, sounds like the blind leading the blind (lol).

Well as long as Harry Kane is one of the three players I wouldn't mind too much, but we all know it will be three players they no longer want or need as they are not good enough worth about £5 for the lot and of course it will get their wages off the bill. So Fulham should turn round and say go forth and multiply and instead discuss large chunks of cash with sell on and full international clauses. We do not want players they are keen offload and who we could probably get on a free at the next transfer window.

We just need players or even 1 player who can score goals, without that the whole thing won't matter!!
