I'm surprised to here its £9m to be paid tbh.
I thought we had paid the loan fee and if the option to take him on for good is taken up, it was an extra £3.5-4.5m to make it permanent.

Also if we were to keep him til the end of the season, he only has 1 year left on his contract at Derby according to their forum.
So if we let him go he can leave them for buttons. That's why their fans were so angry at the deal.

And he will still have a decent fee against him up till end of August.
