Don't think that paints the whole picture either, as some of the Games we have lost this season, we have been very unlucky to not get something out of, where as we were lucky to win some of those 5 last season. Blackburn at home being just one example. We are a million times better this season even if our points tally doesn't reflect it

It is results that count , nearly all games are close and most losing managers can say they were unlucky and that a lot of games should have gone the other way. We have just had a couple of very good results and are feeling optimistic but up to now we have had a big problem in scoring goals and things were looking bleak . Some of us were even thinking of another relegation battle.

Lets just hope performances can continue be good and we get results, it is just possible that we may have turned a corner and can forget about the lower places in the table but judgements on whether or not we are going to do better than last season should not be made this side of Christmas.

Yes, I think we are better - but the League doesn't lie....every game in this league is difficult....... I think the only certainty is Newcastle getting promotion

This season we were also a bit lucky having some easy games to start with while team gelled. We are definitely much stronger than last season. Every game (except Newcastle) we seem to be the better team, irrespective of the result.

Now we are beginning to score, hopefully we will go on a  bit of a run.
