It's an interesting one... He is better than what he has available to him so his score should be a good 8 or 9, but until we fix the couple of gaps we have during the transfer window he will be a strong 7.

He's the right manager, he just needs the right tools.

And its a joy to actually look forward to seeing us play once again, that bit he has got spot on!

He must be getting at last an 8. I did say this to someone I know before the Reading game, a fan of them, and said we are the best side I have seen so far this season.

He has built his team and if we had someone who could score for fun we would be so far in front of everyone else it would be like out promotion year of 2000.

Was a 6 a few weeks ago as I got bored with the same old excuses when we either lost or threw away another lead.
I haven't been his biggest fan but always said I'd be 100% behind him and the team at games.
We've a complete new side this season so credit to Mr Kline and others at the club for bringing in some decent players.
It takes time for a whole new team to gel so happy with where we are at the moment.

I'm all for possession but there must be a purpose to it.

Think he's found a settled side and is now coming out with much better and honest post match interviews so my mark is now up to 7 and hopfully it can rise another point or two towards the end of the season.

Need to start putting a run of wins together, what is really getting on my nerves though is fans happy to take a point at places like Wilves and Ipswich.
IF we want to go up we have to be more positive and go out expecting to win EVERY GAME.
Of course we won't but we need that mentality.

Friday night will be a great test.  We stuffed them 5-0 at our place and they have done very well since then, so it will be a good yard-stick as to how our season will finish.  A point is ok, a win fantastic a defeat and suddenly the top 6 looks a long shot again.  Strange how things can swing on a single game.  On a positive note, we are superb against teams in 3rd place this season!!
