Seen a few threads saying no trains back from Burton next week. I have found a way back to London so thought I would share.
22.23 from Burton to Birmingam New St arrives 23.01. Leaves Birmingham NS at 23.10 arrives at Euston just after 1am.

Return journey only 30 pounds

As it's last chance saloon regarding the train back just remember that the station is just far enough away to be a pain, twenty minutes at a good pace or longer at a normal plod, so no time to get lost or distracted. Is there not an option via Derby?

Nothing via Derby you can get there from Burton but not in time to get the last train back to London.
