How much have we spent in the transfer market so far?

I know there are a few other threads but with so much activity going on, I am losing touch! Has Mr Khan put his hand in his pocket yet, after the last 2 results he has perhaps resigned himself (as most of us have) that we won't reach a play off position this season, so maybe best financially for him to authorise the sale of a couple of our prize assets, will that happen, we all be wiser in a few days time!

I have it on good authority we're in advanced talks to buy a Spanish-looking full-back from QPR. The deal looked to have stalled a few because QPR were holding out for £30,000, something a club like us could never afford, but the rumour now is that Hugh Grant has volunteered to pay half the fee for us.

That's such a relief, thanks for that info, I can sleep restfully tonight!

It seems ridiculous to assert that we wont make the playoffs during a time where transfers can be made with the ability and intention to strengthen our chances to get promoted. That said though.. it has been ridiculously quiet so far.
