question re Derby

How do they manage to keep their players.

Just looked over last 4 seasons. The one big player out was Hendrick.

How do they keep the Ince's and the blonde dude who's name escapes me. Imagine us going 4 seasons with just losing one big player.

They are obviously doing something right

Ince is an easy one, he has been such a bandit through his career, so many times he has been courted by multiple teams only to mess them about waiting for better offers. If a few years ago, he had picked one of those prem teams and settled down, he could of gone on to big things. Possibly got a bad agent. Suprised Hughes has never gone on to better things though. And at end of day, they are just a run of Mill championship team

Agreed, but they will finish above us this season, 1 way or another!!
