Good luck to him if he is but at the moment he is playing in a poor league and scoring for fun. But to be honest he left us, we did not sell him or kick him out. He was never going to be our player and it was his choice. We don't know what happened behind the scenes and I have a suspicion that Celtic got his signature as they paid the bigger signing on fee.

So if he is banging in goals with one of the big clubs I will just be proud that he came through the Fulham academy and I saw him play for U18's.

I see the anti-Fulham thread is still going strong...

and MJG nice to see you still punctuate your generally reasonable posts with the odd one that's completely ridiculous

Some see it as anti Fulham , others aren't as bitter and are just showing a genuine  interest in a player that will eventually be recognised as our greatest ever former academy player. Some also don't see it being ridiculous the fact he will soon be playing for a top European side. Whereas some feel it is ridiculous placing Cyriac on a higher level. Time will tell who is correct.

hold on, hold on... Let's be clear: Dembele does not have a good touch. Yes he's moderately fast, moderately strong, a half-decent finisher. He scored 15 goals in this league, the same as Chris Martin, which is about right. A decent championship striker. But he was nothing special and his touch was bloody awful. If you think otherwise I can only assume you didn't go to games last year (which you could be forgiven for).

The boy is having another good year and clearly isn't terrible. But in a team that's won 26 out of 27 games and averages 3 goals per game. A little perspective please

in any case he's still a to$$er

Something just has to be wrong with the transfer system whe  a player can leave us on a free and then after half a season in Scotland carries a price tag of millions.
