I am trying to contact Simon Morgan - any help appreciated...

...I am trying to get in contact with Simon Morgan in his capacity as the Premier League Head of Community Development, I have spent ages trawling through the official premier league site for any address to be able to send a letter to - I cannot find an address for post, e-mail or telephone.

I am sure some of you will still have contact with Simon so any help would be appreciated.

Also if anyone has any links or contacts to the club Community manager/officer (now called the Fulham Foundation I believe).

Have you tried Southfield White? i'm sure he'd be able to help on both counts.
