On BBC 1 at 7-30 this morn did anyone see our players taking part in freezer training? Interviews with Tom and Cairney and David Button. Gasp! Us on TV.

They said it reduces recovery time. Are we the only championship team with this thing? Anything that can help with all those midweek matches is a plus.
