I was watching through binos from the JH stand, but think I saw someone falling down the steps in the Riverside towards the end of the game. Any idea if he was ok? Looked nasty.

#1
I was informed it was some bloke who answered to the name of Kline, and was subsequently pushed by a baying angry mob of well over one hundred irate supporters, who all individually claimed it was them that pushed him and nobody else.

Very nasty cut on his forehead and a very heavy nose bleed - medics came quickly and took him to hospital  - just lost his footing I think

That new gin bar has got a lot to answer for.

Poor chap.  Hope he's ok.  Did he slip on one of his prawns?
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

That must be the rich part of the riverside stand.

Nasty place to fall. Having done a lot of hill walking I am aware that coming down is more dangerous than climbing up and that is when the most accidents happen.
Hope he is recovering and we should all send him our best wishes.

Yes your right. I have noticed that, it's the same coming down from the Premier League, its more dangerous than climbing back up, look what happened to us three years ago.
But I also wish to take the opportunity to wish the poor chap who fell down the steps a speedy recovery with no long term effects, as his accident sounded nasty.

Whoever he is I'm sure we all wish him well.
