John Terry to Fulham odds have dropped dramatically in the last 24 hours
I cannot and will not support a match day team with him in it, but I cannot see it happening, he is just not good enough. I don't mind Chelsea and happy with their loan players, just not this piece of work.

If horror of horrors he did come here I would make him kiss our badge every time he touched the ball.

He lives near me, so I wouldn't mind picking him up on Match days, providing he goes halves with the fuel.   079.gif

Huddersfield's fee for Depoitre is 'undisclosed', but let the gossip and speculation continue.  We need a decent defender, a decent midfielder, and a decent striker and they are out there.

Let's just hope the incompetence and/or complacency demonstrated within Fulham last summer - Martin (who we didn't opt to 'keep' because he wasn't 'reliable') - and again in January doesn't spill over to this window.   I am hoping Fulham's methodology has been thoroughly discussed, analysed, mistakes identified, rectified and removed from any further harm doing.  We need signings in place before the season's matches kicks-off, and I am hoping our staff are fit for purpose.
it is undisclosed you are correct, that's why I said I am still looking into it, used to work in the media over in Belgium and they told me this morning circa 6 million euros ot the 8 I was told last night, slight surprise there as a large fee for someone not really around their international set up
Every day is a Fulham day

I cannot see him coming to Fulham for many different reasons. But that would be a turn up for the books. The reaction on the board I would imagine could break the record for most posts in one day.

I like him mince, I like his name also, Flint is a good name for a centre back.
He is 27 years old, at least 6ft 5ins and has represented England at C level.
I think his first name is spelt Aden.

Representing England at C Level as opposed to at 15000ft?  064.gif

Remember he parks on invalid parking spaces so you need to build in parking fines into your costs.

Flint has a hell of a good scoring record as a defender. Scored 28 goals with BC from 170 games.

I think its fair to say that now the hierarchy within the club dealing with transfers has been explained to us the fans and we now know more about how the process works after what appears to be a confusing few seasons.

Its also fair to surmise that now everyone's working hard to ensure players higher up the list are secured and on time!

We are a more attractive destination compared to 12 months ago and while a budget is there for a reason some bold and exciting news is expected before we kick off.

But like the late arrival of shirt sponsors and availability of the new kit I won't hold my breath!
I missed the explanation of the clubs transfer method and would be interested to hear it.
As everyone is saying we really need a new striker, a central defender and central midfield cover. The new season start is six weeks away , if our team is going to be up and running for the start date these new players need to be with us in three weeks time, do we think this will happen.
Last season key new players arrived late and their introduction into the side actually upset the balance of the team

Hmmm I never thought of that. He will have to make his own way there then, plus the bus service is fairly regular.

It would be interesting to find out the percentage of them scored from set pieces.
