Fulham are debating whether or not to go ahead with the signing of Diego Rolan due to photos on his instagram of cannabis use. #FFC

He's only got about 9 pics on there and can't see any cannabis think it's a wind up
He may have removed said offensive photos.

Another of this guys tweets.

"Fulham gaffer alleged to have called Kline and Khan "statistician c***s" and threw a calculator at Khan's head."

It is clearly a parody account.

He threw a calculator? Well that just doesn't add up.

Championship promotion chasers Fulham reportedly wanted Eibar striker Sergi Enrich in each of the last two transfer windows.

When you are the smallest club in the history of the Spanish top flight, it helps if you know your way around the free-agents list. Fortunately, Eibar know how to spot a bargain.

After capping their third straight season in La Liga with a remarkable tenth place finish, the team from a town of just 27,000 people has completed the signing of Brazilian forward Charles on a free transfer.

The 33-year-old may have been released by Malaga at the end of last season but he remains a reliable, proven La Liga goalscorer. He hit 30 league goals in the last four seasons, including 12 in an impressive 2015/16 campaign.

And, with strength in the air and an impressive poacher's instinct, Charles could be a readymade replacement for Sergi Enrich. The journeyman forward has found a home at Eibar, developing into one of La Liga's most potent Spaniards

After playing second fiddle to Swansea's record signing Borja Baston in 2015/16, Enrich took centre stage last season and netted 11 goals while producing another seven assists. It's little wonder, then, that Fulham have long held an admiration for the 27-year-old.

Sky Sports claim they made a £3.5 million bid last summer while AS reported in January that the Championship high-flyers, along with West Ham and Marseille, remained interested.

The report adds that Enrich has a £6.8 million release clause in his contract, well within budget for Fulham. And now that Chris Martin has returned to Derby County upon the expiry of his loan spell, the strapping, hard-working Enrich should once again be at the top of their shopping list.

And, who knows, Eibar may be a little more receptive to offers this time around.

If Rolan was going to sign, it would of happened by now.

Time to move on...

That's totally untrue. No point in getting hung up on it but to say it should have happened by now is baseless

Just been told the deal for Rolan has fallen through. Player simply  didn't fancy the move at the end of the day.

Look, this person has posted 12 (one dozen) times. So consider whether you really want to put any faith in this.

In general though, it's been days. I'd assume we and the player have moved on to new prospects at this point.

The hang up over Rolan seems to be whether he wants to join a second tier club in a World Cup year in effect, which we don't exactly have control over. If it happens great, if it doesn't I doubt he was our only Striker target. You can't say we didn't try to get him.

Remember a lot of people saying the same about Sessegnon.

The person who broke the news of the Rolan deal being off said it's because of an email he got his hands on from Rolans agent. However, he's just said that the email states that Rolan is yet to go to London to talk to the club...

Just someone looking for a few extra followers on Twitter

This is true and I hope I'm wrong.

Feels like it's dragged out too long now.

The issue for me is with all the dilly dally-ing there's a high risk he just doesn't want to sign for us and/or we're getting used as a tool to get him a better deal somewhere else. We're in a highly time sensitive situation with regard to strikers so we should be alive to that risk and already talking to other targets. If he doesn't sign then so be it but if we let him string us along for a fortnight without having the sense to walk away then that is criminal.

We should be looking at another Striker regardless of signing Rolan or not, unless we're relying on Aluko/Ayite or Woodrow to play up-front if/when Rolan gets injured or has a dry spell. He's not "our type" of signing, but we could do a lot worse than Daryl Murphy.

PokerMatt

I can 100% categorically confirm that Diego Rolan either will or will not sign for us this summer. My source is gravy.

I'm not ITK, but how's about any of these guys? Just a mix of up and coming players/ out of favour/ likely not to get a game.
Not implying anything but showing the wealth of opportunity out there in the loan market. Leaving this market until after we've failed in the transfer market is dangerous as e could lose out badly. I think Kalas arrived this time last year?

Westcliff white stated Rolan's medical will be completed by Wednesday, so we should just hurry up and wait!
Is a dream a lie if it don't come true?

I never said completed by Wednesday, I believe I said it is scheduled to happen before Wednesday unless there are some last minute hitches. I also said I wont know any more before Wednesday as thats what I was told.

The only hitches I can see is, a higher division club comes in, doesnt want to play in the championship during a world cup year or he decides to let his contracts (one year left) run down at Bordeaux and play in the europa league (this I am told is the least favourite option of both player and his current club)
Every day is a Fulham day

Thank you, it's good to have a rational take on this.
