As I live in the States, when I did join it took about a week and half for me to receive mine.  Would think living in the UK you would receive yours much quicker.

Season ticket packs turned up week before season started last season.

Some didn't even do that!  I had to collect a duplicate of mine at the ground first game of the season.

My confidence of the PO over the years is high, and generally better than other couriers.
Damn! that's put the mockers on my parcel arriving on time this week!

Would it be a small help if the club revealed on the website that ST's, membership's etc will be dispatched between certain dates and followed up by saying ALL have been dispatched as of now, so people know where they are?

I ordered a 7 tread stepladder online from Screwfix on Thursday. It arrived on Friday via Royal Mail. Absolutely true! ☺

In my expeirence as a S\T holder stuff like the cards never come out and arrive 10 to 12 days before the season starts and not expecting anything less this season.

If you have purchased a membership you can still buy tickets online and get the £5 discount.  I am still waiting for my membership card etc but bought my Norwich tickets no problem!
